Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms  

Full payment is normally required, with an order, by cheque, payable to S.J. Gibson Ltd, or by credit/debit card payment using Paypal unless agreed credit arrangements exist. Payment can only be made in Sterling

 

Orders are processed strictly in date of order rotation  commencing in September.

Guarantee  

Most of the daffodil bulbs have been grown by us for at least two years, however there are a small number of popular varieties along with Tulips Hyacinths and Crocus which are sourced from specialist growers in Holland.

The bulbs will be in good condition at the time of dispatch. Stocks of some bulbs are limited. We will always try to send you what you ordered, but reserve the right to send substitutes unless otherwise instructed. However we will endeavour to provide a bulb(s) of the same quality and price or better.  

We cannot give any warranty expressed or implied on the performance of the bulbs as customers growing methods and storage conditions are beyond our control,

 

If you are not satisfied with any part of your order and advise us within 14 days of receipt, we will refund the bulb cost or provide replacement bulbs if possible. No liability will be accepted after 14 days as we cannot be responsible for a customer's storage conditions

Making A Purchase  

Orders for  bulbs are accepted at our sole discretion from April to the end of October and are  subject to the crop being satisfactory.

We have limited stocks of some bulbs and early ordering is recommended.

 

When confirmation of the order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. Buyers information is not disclosed to any third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment.
